Shopify, Merchant Center, paid and lifecycle
Four thousand listings, one merchandiser, and a feed nobody has opened since launch. Our store agent reads your Shopify catalogue, your feed, your campaigns and your flows every few hours, then drafts the fix. AiboLab decides what ships.

The Problem
Most Shopify stores are not underperforming because someone picked the wrong bid strategy. They are underperforming because the catalogue moves faster than anyone can watch it. A supplier changes a title and the product stops matching the search. A variant sells out and the campaign keeps paying for the click. A seasonal collection launches without GTINs and half of it never enters the auction at all.
Then there is the part nobody reports on. Budget pools into the products that are easiest to sell rather than the ones worth selling, so ROAS looks fine while contribution margin quietly falls. Product pages written at launch never get revisited. The abandoned checkout email still references a discount code that expired in March. None of it looks urgent on any given Monday, and all of it compounds by quarter end.
How It Runs
Volume from the system. Judgment from a partner.
AI handles
- Sweeping the catalogue, feed and Merchant Center every few hours for disapprovals, stock drift, missing attributes and title mismatches
- Matching ad spend against live inventory and margin, then flagging products funded past the point they earn
- Drafting product titles, descriptions and collection copy at catalogue scale
- Generating and rotating creative variants per collection
- Preparing CRO test hypotheses from session recordings, checkout drop-off and on-site search
Aibo handles
- Deciding what the data cannot know, such as holding spend on a hero product through a stock gap
- Approving every title, description, email and ad before it reaches a customer
- Choosing which margin trade-offs are worth making
- Reading the weekly store note with you and saying plainly what changed and what it was worth
- Talking to Google when a policy decision needs a human on the escalation
What You Get
The work that keeps compounding.
Primary lift
- more revenue per session and per dollar, because the feed, the campaigns and the storefront finally agree with each other.
What You Get Each Month
- Feed built and watched daily, with disapprovals fixed at the source.
- Full funnel campaign structure across prospecting, remarketing, brand defence and Performance Max.
- Product and collection copy at scale, prioritised by traffic and margin.
- Storefront CRO on product, collection, cart and checkout.
- Lifecycle flows rebuilt in Klaviyo and reviewed against the calendar every month.
- Reporting by contribution margin by product and channel, not gross ROAS alone.
Process
From first signal to useful output.
Sync
Connect to Shopify, Merchant Center, ad accounts and cost data so every decision knows what a product earns.
Detect
Sweep for disapprovals, stock and price drift, fatigued creative, budget pooling and pages losing revenue per session.
Decide
Aibo reviews flagged items in context and chooses the correction, including what to leave alone.
Ship
Approved fixes go live, tests start, and what earned its place gets written into the store playbook.
The system behind the service.
AI workflow
The store agent reads the catalogue, feed, campaign and analytics layers on a fixed cycle. When something drifts past the agreed threshold, it writes the diagnosis and the proposed fix, with the evidence attached.
Aibo review
A person who knows your margins, your drops and your brand approves the change before anything publishes or spends. Nothing goes live on software's say so.
Questions about Ecommerce Autopilot
What access do you need to our Shopify store?
A staff account with product, order and theme permissions, plus admin on Merchant Center, your ad accounts and Klaviyo. The agent reads through those connections and writes nothing without approval. If you would rather start read only, we can run the first audit that way and expand access once you have seen the output.
Does the agent change prices or publish pages by itself?
No. Pricing stays with you, and every customer-facing change waits for a partner to approve it. The agent proposes, evidences and queues. The publish action is ours to take and yours to see in the weekly note.
We are on WooCommerce or BigCommerce. Does this still work?
Yes, though Shopify is where the integration is deepest and where setup is fastest. On other platforms the feed, campaign and lifecycle work runs the same way, while the storefront testing depends on what your theme and tooling allow.
What is the minimum ad spend for this to make sense?
Around $10,000 a month in blended media spend, or a catalogue large enough that feed and page work alone justifies the fee. Below that the management cost is too large a share of your budget and we will say so before you sign anything.
