THE HONEST MATH
See what you are paying for. Then see what it should cost.
Pick the work you actually need. We will show you what a mid-size US agency charges for the same scope, using their published rates, not ours. Take everything and the price drops, because it costs us less to run one account well than six accounts badly.
Methodology
Where these numbers come from
Every agency figure here is a published US market rate, not one we invented to flatter ourselves. Paid-media management runs $2,500 to $5,000 a month. SEO retainers run $2,000 to $7,500. Full-service content programs for mid-market B2B run $5,000 to $15,000. A website from a boutique agency runs $8,000 to $15,000 and takes six to twelve weeks.
Three newer service categories have no published market rate. We leave those out of the agency total rather than make up a number to widen the gap. You still pay for them. We just will not pretend to know what someone else would charge.
If you only need one channel run, a small agency may quote you less than we will, and you should take it. We are not built to be the cheapest line item. We are built to cost less than the whole department, which is a different claim and an easier one to keep.
